Clear scope from day one
Know what is included before we start.
The proposal confirms your pages, features, content responsibilities, price, and milestones.
What counts as a page?
A distinct page such as Home, About, Services, Projects, or Contact. Individual service and project detail pages count toward the package limit. Extra pages are priced in the proposal.
What is a revision round?
One consolidated list of feedback on the agreed design and content. First Website includes two rounds; Business Website includes three. New pages, features, or a change of direction are additional scope, quoted before work begins.
Who provides the content and photos?
You provide accurate business information and any existing copy, logo, and photos you want used. We organize and edit your supplied content. Business Website includes help rewriting that content. New photography, video, a new brand identity, or extensive new writing is scoped separately.
What do monthly content changes cover?
Small changes to existing pages: replacing photos, updating hours or contact details, adjusting text, or adding a supplied announcement. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, and paid integrations are quoted separately.
What happens if the included time is used up?
We explain the remaining work and agree on an additional price before proceeding. Monthly editing time does not roll over. Priority Care provides earlier scheduling, rather than an emergency or round-the-clock service.
How are launch and ongoing costs handled?
The build price covers the agreed website and launch assistance. Monthly care, domain registration, third-party subscriptions, and other recurring costs are identified separately before you commit. Your proposal confirms the hosting arrangement and the maintenance appropriate to your website.
When will the site be ready?
Your proposal sets the schedule after the page list and features are defined. Work begins after the initial payment and required materials are received. Timely feedback and complete content help keep the project moving.
